It all began back in 1977 in Frankfurt am Main. It was the time when DISCO was at its peak and the so called ‚Munich Sound’ conquered the whole world.
Taco is especially known for his cover version of the Irving Berlin hit “Puttin 'on the Ritz”. He studied interior architecture and graduated from the drama school in Hamburg.
The project from Frankfurt became known with the chartbreaker 'Das Omen Part I' at the end of the 80s.

Born and raised in New York City, Linda Jo Rizzo came to Germany in the 80’s while on tour with her former girl group, “The Flirts”.
Fancy is a German singer performing songs in the styles of Italian disco and Eurodisco. Popularity came to him in the middle and late 1980s.
On the theatre scenes Stephen had his debut back in 1981, where he played the part of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in the play “Salzburger Glockenspiel” which is about the childhood of the famous composer.
Silicon Dream entered already with the first single „Marcello the Masroianni“ the top 20 in Germany and France. The following three singles “Jimmy Dean Loved Marilyn”, “Albert Einstein” and “Andromeda” could all hit the German charts. In consequence they appeared uncountable times on German TV Show ZDF Hitparade, what made them very popular.
Michaela was born in Helsingborg, Sweden. Her last name since birth Dornonville de la Cour a royal from her father’s side.
Prior to joining “Army of Lovers”, Michaela qualified as a teacher and has taught at the Adolf-Fredrik Music School in Stockholm. She also studied at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute in Los Angeles.

Chilly was known from 1978 until the mid 80s for excellent Disco Music. Produced in the legendary Europasound Studios close to Frankfurt, where many big acts just as Boney M. and Arabesque have created their songs. Two Ladies and two Gentlemen have shown the original line up.
Born in Jamaica and raised and educated in England, Marcia Barrett first found fame as a solo performer in Germany in the early 70’s. She toured around Europe with her own repertoire, including “Belfast” that later became a big Hit for Boney M. – the band she joined back in 1976! She spent fifteen years as a vital vocalist and performer for the group, contributing her powerful and distinctive voice to many of their biggest hits.
